Description

Seaway House, built around 1860, features an Italianate facade with two storeys. The ground floor is cemented and rusticated, while the first floor is made of yellow brick with cemented dressings and quoins. A cemented parapet with a raised panel is located in the center. The building has five sash windows with cambered heads and vertical glazing bars, all set within elaborate architraves that include keystones and console brackets. The ground floor windows also have cambered heads with keystones, and there are two cambered doorcases.
