Description

This is a cottage, with a building attached to one side, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick, with roughcast on the upper part of the front facing the road. The roof is covered with pantiles, hidden behind a high parapet. The building presents a masked gable-end frontage, extending to the rear in two wings. It is two storeys high. The first-floor window on the front has 2/4 sash glazing, while the ground floor features a small-pane segmental bow window. To the left of the bow window is a simple wooden doorcase with a shallow hood extending over the bay. A long side elevation, facing a passage, incorporates a segmental-arched sash window with narrow glazing bars and a six-panelled door.
