Description
Comice House is a late Georgian building, set forward from and attached to numbers 13 and 14, and also with an attachment to its other side. The walls are painted roughcast, with a machine-tile roof. The building has a gable end frontage. It is two stories high. The first floor features a shallow segmental bay window with a tripartite small-pane sash window, a leaded cornice, and bracketed sills. The ground floor has a wide, raised stone rusticated elliptical archway containing double boarded doors.
