Description

26 Lower Church Street is a terraced cottage, part of a group of four, located at the upper end. It is attached at the upper end to a separate range that has a lower ridge line. The exterior is rendered and painted, with a Welsh slate roof and a shared brick end stack. The cottage is two storeys high and features a single window range, which includes a 12-pane horizontal sliding sash with a cambered head above a 12-pane double-hung sash with an exposed frame. To the left of the windows is a six-panelled door set in a bead-mould frame.

Inside, the cottage retains a tight spiral staircase, original doors, and a gas light in the kitchen.
