Description

Wye House is a large, plain Georgian house that has been divided into flats. It is attached to a separately listed warehouse in The Back and also connects to a house on St Ann's Street. The house features rendered walls and a slate roof that continues with Wye House, along with a brick lateral stack. The wider frontage facing St Ann's Street includes a three-window range of six-pane horned sashes set in exposed frames. There is a central doorway with a pedimented doorcase and side pilasters, flanked by tripartite sashes. The Back elevation has two windows on the second floor and one window each on the first and ground floors, with a similar doorway located to the right.
