Description
37 Lower Church Street is a two-storey terraced house, forming the lower unit of a pair that steps up the hillside. The walls are roughcast rendered and painted, topped by a slate roof with a brick stack. The front has a single window range. The upper floor window has been replaced. A bow window with fixed glazing and a moulded cornice incorporating glazing bars projects from the ground floor. A panelled 20th-century door, sheltered by a bracketed hood and accessed by three stone steps, is centrally placed.
