Description
Swiss Cottage is a terraced house featuring painted roughcast and a slate close-eaved roof with a rendered stack on the left. The house is two storeys high and has one window bay and a doorway to the right. To the left of the center, there is a hornless 12-pane sash window on each floor, complete with slate sills and 20th-century stuccoed hoods, as well as small pebble-and-glass keystones above. To the right, there is an arched doorway that also has a similar arched stucco hood and keystone, with plain reveals and a plain fanlight. Above the door is a moulded timber piece featuring broad dentils. The six-panelled door consists of two flush panels, two fielded panels, and the top two panels are glazed.
The interior has been modernised, with a passage to the right leading to a six-panel door that opens into the front room. There is an enclosed stair behind the front room and another six-panel door beyond it.
