Description

Holly Cottage is a terraced house that features painted roughcast walls and a slate roof with close eaves. The building is two storeys high and has a 12-pane sash window on each floor to the right, both with concrete sills. To the left, there is an arched doorway with a blank fanlight above it, leading to a 20th-century panel door. The right end of the house has a red-brick stack that was added in the 20th century.
