Description

Dairy Cottage is a two-storey building dating from the 18th century, constructed of roughly coursed sandstone rubble and topped with a Bridgewater tile roof. It features a steeply gabled roof and is connected at the corner to Ifton Hill House. The entrance elevation has a small modern lean-to covering the ground floor, along with two modern windows that have concrete lintels above them. The gable wall is blind. On the rear elevation, there is another lean-to below and a modern window with a concrete lintel above. The interior was not available for inspection during the recent survey.
