Description

Brow Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage constructed of brick with a thatched roof, and Bridgewater tiles on its extension. The building stands two storeys high and has two bays, with a lean-to on the left that was raised to two storeys in the 19th century. The central entrance features a boarded door set within a timber gabled porch. The cottage has paired casement windows that are topped with gauged brick lintels featuring cambered soffits. There is a stack on the left bay, which has an illegible datestone, and another stack on the gable of the extension. The roof is half-hipped on the left side.
