Description

Chapel Corner Cottages are two cottages that have been combined into one. They date from the 17th century and have undergone significant alterations. The cottages are built from sarsen rubble and feature a thatched roof. They are single storey with an attic, each cottage consisting of one bay, with the eastern cottage being the older of the two. There is a glazed door and a shingled open porch, along with 19th-century casement windows. The right bay has mid-20th-century metal windows and there is a large brick extension at the rear that was added in the late 20th century.
