Description

The Coach House Restaurant, originally built as stables, is a two-storey rectangular building constructed from coursed rubblestone, which is painted, and topped with a pantile roof. The gable end faces the street. On the yard side, there are plank carriage house doors on the left and a stable door on the right, with a window situated above the stable door. There is also a hayloft door above, which now includes an extractor fan. The roof is steeply pitched. The street-facing elevation features a panelled door with a window above it, a 3 over 6 pane sash window to the left, likely serving as a tack room, and another 3 over 6 pane sash window above. The rear elevation has not been seen. The interior was not observed during the resurvey.
