Description

4 Monnow Street is a three-storey building with a double depth plan and a painted brick front. The roof is not visible from the street. The ground floor features a fully shopfront design with plate glass display windows and a central part-glazed door. Above, there are two windows that are 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills, and there is a band between the floors. The building has a cogged parapet band and stone coping. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
