Description

22 St Mary Street is a Georgian house and shop that has been converted into an office with accommodation above. The exterior features walls rendered with scored stucco and a slate roof with an eaves cornice. The building stands three storeys tall and includes a cellar. It has a single range of sash windows: a 9-pane window on the top floor, a 12-pane window on the first floor, and a tripartite window with an exposed frame on the ground floor. To the left, there is a round-arched doorway leading to a recessed 6-panelled door, which is accessed by three steps. Above the door is a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing, and the building has a plinth.
