Description
8 Hocker Hill Street is a Georgian house that has been converted for use as offices. It is attached to another building on one side. The walls are rendered with stucco, and it features a 20th-century machine-tile roof with a low end stack. The building has two storeys and a two-window range. The first floor has replaced windows, while the ground floor includes a bowed 16-pane sash window beneath a narrow cornice on the left side and another 16-pane sash window. There is a doorway at the right end, with a former blocked doorway next to the bay window.
