Description

9 Hocker Hill Street is a small Georgian house that is attached on one side. The walls are rendered with pebbledash, and it has a 20th-century concrete-tile roof with a tall rendered chimney stack. The gable end faces the road, and the house has two storeys. There are two windows, each featuring 12-pane sashes with narrow glazing bars and plain rendered surrounds. The doorway is located on the left and has a six-panelled door. The long side elevation leads to a passage. Inside, the house retains its shutters.
