Description

10 Beaufort Square is a shop with accommodation above, originally used as offices, and attached to buildings on both sides. Dating to the 20th century, the building features walls rendered with an unusual, textured roughcast finish and a slate roof concealed behind moulded corniced eaves. The three-storey facade has a three-window arrangement of small-paned windows set in plain architraves. A square-headed doorway is positioned on the left-hand side. A large, 20th-century shopfront has been inserted into the front, and the rear of the building has been substantially altered.
