Description

White Swan Court, built in the 19th century, features a stucco front that is painted with bands at the first and second floor cill levels. The roof is not visible from the street. It is located behind Priory Street, with an entrance between Nos. 4 and 5, and additional access to Church Street between Nos. 12 and 14. The building has a convex frontage and a double depth plan, standing three storeys tall with a total of six windows.

On the ground floor, there is a prominent bow window with triple 6 over 6 pane sashes, and above it is a recessed two-storey arch. To the right of the bow window, there is a matching doorway with a fanlight and a six-panel door, while to the left, there are three semi-circular headed windows and a tripartite sash window. The first floor features 6 over 6 sash windows, and the second floor has 3 over 3 pane windows. The building is adorned with cornice and parapet bands, although the rear elevation is not visible.

The interior has been extensively remodeled for office use in the late 20th century. It includes a stone cantilever stair located in the bow on the rear wall, which is complemented by an iron balustrade and a mahogany rail.
