Description

The Village Pound is a structure built with sandstone rubble walls that enclose three sides of the area. The walls are approximately 1.25 meters to 1.5 meters high on the inner side and feature rounded coping along the top. The front wall connects to a garden wall at the uphill end and has a drain outlet located in the southwest corner. Access to the pound is from the southeast.
