Description

The building is constructed of coursed grey sandstone rubble with Bath stone ashlar dressings and a replacement slate roof. Single storey schoolroom to the right with a two storey master's house to the left. The house is three windows wide, the left hand one, which is set slightly back, is probably a later, perhaps modern, extension, athough built in character. The windows are all cross-framed casements in painted stone surrounds. The two right hand bays of the house are a balanced elevation with central gabled porch which also is a modern alteration. Three red brick stacks. To the right the school-room is gabled to the front and has a large 3-light 2-transom window. Small quatrefoil ventilator in the gable which has plain bargeboards. Rear elevation not seen.

Not available for inspection at resurvey.
