Description
Nos. 3-7 Maryport Street is a terrace of three late Georgian cottages. The cottages are rendered, partly scored, and painted, with a slate roof featuring rendered cross ridge stacks. They are two storeys high and consist of three units, each with 12-pane horned sash windows set in reveals. The doorways have bracketed hoods above a continuous platband, along with overlights and a plinth. Number 3, located on the left, is double fronted with a three-window range, panelled reveals at the doorway, and a four-panelled door. Numbers 5 and 7 each have a single window range, with number 7 retaining a small-pane overlight. Numbers 3 and 5 also feature low nosed stone doorsteps.
