Description
The warehouse of R J Bullen is a Grade II listed building constructed in two sections, with the older section located at the rear. It features roughly squared rubble, and the two sections are quite distinct, particularly noticeable on the north wall, which is rock faced and more neatly cut compared to the front section. The building has a Welsh slate roof and is rectangular in shape, extending back from a gable end that faces the road.
The western gable includes a central doorway with a steel joist head, which has likely been altered. This doorway is flanked by arch-headed brick ventilators. Above, the floor features a central arch-headed taking-in door, accompanied by round vents and a further small opening in the gable above. The long walls of the building are blind, and the roof is plain. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey in January 1997.
