Description
Coity House, also known as Doncasters Ltd, is a rendered building designed on a rectangular plan, featuring extensions to the south-west and north-west. The main house consists of three bays across two storeys, presenting an asymmetrical three-window facade. Each opening has wide rendered surrounds and cambered arches, with 16-pane horned sash windows. The central doorway is set back, and there is a staircase window above it, along with two additional windows on both the ground and first floors. The roof is pitched and covered with slate, accented by ceramic ridge tiles and a chimney stack located on the north-west pitch.
During the inspection, the building was inaccessible, but some original features, such as window shutters and a central wooden staircase, were visible from the outside.
