Description
Ty-nant is a two-storey house featuring stone rubble walls that are covered with rendered cladding. The roof is gabled and made of Welsh slate, with red brick stacks from the 19th century. The southern elevation has three window bays and a door bay on the left side. The windows are two-light casements with small panes. Most of the features are from the late 20th century, including a large gabled porch. The rear elevation has two above three late 20th century windows. To the left, there is a single-storey kitchen wing with two windows, one of which is on the rear elevation. The gable end facing the road is blind. The interior has been renovated, but it was not inspected during the resurvey.
