Description

Nos. 1-4 Clive Cottages Cottage row of random rubble limestone walling, 'vertical crazy paving' type to the main elevation, dressed long-and-short quoins, rusticated window surrounds, Welsh slate roof. Four estate cottages, each single depth with small rear wing. Two storeys. Eight windows to row, each house with two windows above a window and a door. The left hand cottages have their door on the left and the right hand ones the right. The two in the middle are gabled. Plank doors, iron diamond lattice windows, 3-light below and 2-light above; each of which now has one single pane in the opening part. Three stone ridge stacks between the houses. Rear elevation is partly altered.
