Description
7 Woodland Place is part of a pair of two-storey, three-bay houses built in a simple villa style. The houses have rendered walls painted white, a slate roof with overhanging bracketed eaves, and brick stacks on the right and left sides. The lower storey features channelled rustication and a plat band. Most of the original four-pane sash windows have been replaced. The narrow central bay includes a half-glazed door with a plain overlight, while the outer bays have tripartite windows on the lower storey. In the upper storey, the central and outer windows are adorned with keyed architraves beneath the eaves. The inner bays of each house project forward under a wide central gable and feature canted bay windows with coped parapets. There is a blind oculus in the gable. Additionally, a garage is attached to No 7 on the right side. This building is part of a group with 6 Woodland Place.
