Description
5 Woodland Place is part of a terrace of two-storey houses designed in a simple Italianate style. The buildings feature scribed stucco walls, which have been partly renewed, a slate roof, and brick stacks. The terrace includes a plat band, a simple banded cornice, and corbelled eaves.
On the lower storey, there are panelled doors with overlights and tripartite four-pane sash windows, all positioned beneath moulded cornices supported by consoles, although the consoles are missing on No 2. No 5 has a replaced door and a two-pane sash window. The upper storey features four-pane sash windows set in keyed architraves, with a replaced window on No 5 and missing architraves on No 2.
No 5 is set back at the right end of the row and has an added projection. This terrace is part of a group of five houses at 1-5 Woodland Place.
