6 Woodland Place

6-7 Woodland Place is a pair of two-storey, three-bay houses designed in a simple villa style. The houses feature rendered walls painted white, a slate roof with overhanging bracketed eaves, and brick stacks on the right and left sides. The lower storey displays channelled rustication and a plat band. Most of the original four-pane sash windows have been replaced. The narrow central bay includes a half-glazed door with a plain overlight, while the outer bays have tripartite windows on the lower storey. In the upper storey, the central and outer windows are adorned with keyed architraves beneath the eaves. Each house's inner bays project forward beneath a wide central gable and feature canted bay windows with coped parapets. A blind oculus is located in the gable. Additionally, there is a garage attached to No 7 on the right side. This building belongs to a group of two houses at 6-7 Woodland Place.
