Description
2 Fullbrook Villas is a pair of two-storey houses built with pebble-dashed walls and a slate roof featuring overhanging eaves and brick stacks at the ends and center. The front of the houses faces north, away from the road, and includes single-storey brick gabled entrance wings with blue-brick detailing positioned on the outer sides. Each entrance wing has a boarded door and casement windows on the inner sides, while the gable ends have small-pane windows that have been replaced in slightly wider original segmental headed openings. The main part of the houses has two-light small-pane casements on the inner sides of the entrance wings, and two similar casements in the upper storey of each house, all under segmental heads and beneath broad gables. No 1 has had its windows replaced in a similar style, while No 2 retains its original windows. No 1 on the west side features an added projection behind its entrance wing.
The gable ends and rear of the houses have a rendered upper storey painted white, with black and white studding beneath the apex of the gables and saltire cross friezes beneath the upper-storey rear windows and in the gable ends. The gable ends include two lower-storey windows under hood moulds. The four-bay rear, facing the road, has advanced gabled bays to the right and left of the center. The windows in the lower storey are three-light small-pane casements under hood moulds, while in the upper storey, they are positioned above in the eaves beneath flat-roofed half-dormers in the outer bays. The property has not been inspected.
