Description

Top Lodge is a single-storey building designed in a castellated style, constructed from coursed pecked stone. It features a hipped slate roof that sits behind an embattled parapet, and has a central stone stack with two diagonal shafts. The front of the lodge is symmetrical and has two windows, along with a central castellated porch. The windows are two-light mullioned types, with shallow arched lights, small-pane glazing, and hood moulds. There is a similar window on the left side wall, along with an inserted window further to the left. At the rear, there is a lower wing that also has a hipped roof. The building has not been inspected.
