Description
New Inn Lodge is a single-storey building constructed of coursed limestone with a hipped slate roof and a central stone stack. The front, which faces south towards the drive, features a single window, a 4-panel door on the left, and a 12-pane hornless sash window on the right, all set under flat arches. The side walls each have two similar sash windows. A boundary wall is attached to the northeast angle of the lodge. At the rear, there is an L-shaped projection that was added in the late 19th century.
Internally, the lodge has been modernised. The main doorway is now blocked, and entry is made through the added rear wing.
