Description
Nos. 25 and 27 Heol-y-deri are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Rhiwbina Type 9 style. They are two storeys high and feature roughcast render that is painted. There is a band at the first-floor sill level and a hipped slate roof with a central brick chimney. The outer bays have a round-headed arch leading to an open porch, which contains the original door with glazing in the upper part. On each floor, there are two tripartite small-pane sash windows, each consisting of a central 12-pane sash flanked by narrow sashes.
