Description
Nos. 29 and 31 Heol-y-deri are a pair of semi-detached houses dating from the 20th century. They are two storeys high and feature roughcast render that is painted, along with a slate roof and a central rendered chimney. The houses have modern glazing.
At the centre, there are two projecting gabled bays that include a four-light window on the first floor and a splayed bay window on the ground floor. The outer bays each have a square window at the eaves, and on the ground floor, there is a door towards the centre and a window beneath a flat hood. The original door belongs to No. 31, while No. 29 has a modern door. At the rear, the roof slopes down over the rear projections.
