Description
Nos. 37 and 39 Heol-y-deri are a pair of semi-detached houses known as Rhiwbina Type 9, built in two storeys. The exterior features roughcast render, which has been replaced and painted, with a band at the first floor sill level. The houses have a hipped slate roof with a central brick chimney. The outer bays include a round-headed arch leading to the porch, with an original door that has glazing in the upper part; this door has been moved forward in No. 39. Each floor is adorned with tripartite small-pane sash windows, consisting of a central 12-pane sash flanked by narrow sashes.
