Description

Nos. 6 and 8 Lon Isa are a pair of semi-detached houses. They date to an unknown period, likely the 18th or 19th century. The houses are two storeys high and have roughcast render on their upper walls, with exposed grey stone on the ground floor front. They have slate roofs, with a chimney stack for each house. The windows are replacements. The front elevation is characterised by a pair of gabled sections with half-hipped roofs. There are four windows to the first floor, and each house features a two-light casement window towards the centre, along with a narrow casement at each end. On the ground floor, each house has a three-light casement window towards the centre, and a doorway. Small, square windows are set into the narrow recessed bays to the sides of the gables, on the ground floor.
