Description

Nos. 7 and 8 Y Groes are a smaller pair of semi-detached houses built in 1913. They are roughcast rendered with a hipped roof covered in small slates and feature a single central ridge stack. The symmetrical front has two half dormers, each with a three-light small-pane casement window, and similar four-light windows on the ground floor. The houses have a two-window range with entrances located to the side.
