Description

Pair of Semi-detached houses (Rhiwbina Type 9). Two storeys. Roughcast render, painted; band at first floor sill level; hipped slate roof, central brick chimney. Outer bays have round-headed arch to formerly open porch, now with modern glazed doors. No. 45 has modern window on each floor. No. 47 has, on each floor, tripartite small-pane sash window with central 12-pane sash flanked by narrow sashes. Sides have, on first floor, 2 windows towards front, and window further back, on ground floor, window towards front, and doorway further back.
