Description
Nos. 45 and 47 Heol-y-deri are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Rhiwbina Type 9 style. They are two storeys high and feature roughcast render that has been painted. There is a band at the first-floor sill level and a hipped slate roof with a central brick chimney. The outer bays have a round-headed arch that leads to a formerly open porch, which now has modern glazed doors.
No. 45 has a modern window on each floor, while No. 47 features tripartite small-pane sash windows on both floors, with a central 12-pane sash flanked by narrow sashes. On the sides, both houses have two windows towards the front on the first floor, and on the ground floor, there is a window towards the front and a doorway further back.
