Description
Nos. 33 and 35 Heol-y-deri are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Rhiwbina Type 12 style. They are two storeys high and feature roughcast render that is painted, along with a slate roof and a central brick chimney. The houses have modern glazing. In the centre, there is a projecting half-hipped bay that contains two windows on each floor, which were originally small-pane sashes. The outer bays have a small square window located at the eaves, and on the ground floor, No. 35 features an original half-glazed door beneath a flat hood. No. 37 has a broad added porch with a lean-to roof, and there is an extension to No. 35 that is set back on the left side.
