Description

The Wendy House is a very small building designed like a playhouse that was used as an office. It has a roughcast exterior and a roof made of small slates with deep swept eaves on the sides, featuring small single and double windows. The building is low and consists of a single storey. The front gable has a hipped roof that extends to create a bracketed hood over the boarded entrance door, which is flanked by single small pane lights. On either side of the entrance, plaques indicate the Rhiwbina Garden Village Conservation Area and Residents Association.
