Description

30 Maryport Street is a small house that is attached to buildings on either side. It has a roughcast rendered exterior and a steep-pitched slate roof that includes a gabled roof dormer. The house has one storey and an attic. The windows are all small-pane casements, with cross-framing on the ground floor and an asymmetrical arrangement: there is a double light window on the left and a triple light window on the right. The plain doorway is located to the centre right and features a boarded door.
