Description

109 St Mary Street is a four-storey building, including an attic, featuring four bays. It is constructed of pressed red brick and terracotta. The first and second floors have mullioned and transomed windows in each bay. The attic storey includes paired round-headed windows, topped by a single ornate gable with pinnacles over the two central bays. The end bays are adorned with a strapwork parapet and terracotta rectangular niches that have dripmoulds. The attic storey is further enhanced by ornately decorated panelled pilasters. The ground floor shopfront is made of travertine.
