Description

No. 2 The Twyn is a 2-storey cottage built with local rubblestone walls, featuring brick heads and dressings. Originally, it had a thatched roof with eyebrows, but it now has a plain tile roof and red brick stacks. This cottage is one of two that step uphill, with No. 2 positioned above No. 1. The layout includes a central entry and a double depth plan, along with single storey rear extensions.

The front wall of No. 2 has two 2-light casement windows on both the first and ground floors, with taller windows on the ground floor. There is a central doorway that features a glazed porch and a ledged door. To the left of the house, there is a single storey bakehouse with a brick chimney.

The interior has not been inspected during the resurvey.
