Description
75 Walter Road is a three-storey building with an attic, topped by a low parapet. It features a stucco exterior and a central rendered chimney. The roof has two gabled dormers with horned sash glazing.
The building has four bays, with the central two bays slightly projecting and articulated by pilasters. Each bay on the second floor has paired segmentally-headed windows set within an architrave. The first floor features a Venetian window, while the ground floor has a splayed bay window. The end bays include a second floor window with an architrave, a first floor window with an architrave and pediment, and an open porch on the ground floor supported by pillars and an entablature. The entrance doorway has a moulded surround and cornice, with a two-leaf panelled door and a rectangular overlight above. The right gable is slate hung, while the left gable is pebbledashed.
