Description
15 Glan Dovey Terrace is a three-storey building with an attic, constructed of stucco and topped with a slate roof featuring end chimneys. Each house has a broad hipped dormer.
On the first and second floors, the outer bays are adorned with two-storey bow windows that include a central six-pane sash window flanked by narrow sash windows with hornless glazing. The left house has three elliptical panels below each window. In the center, the second floor displays paired nine-pane hornless sash windows, each topped with a semi-elliptical moulded fan and a quatrefoil in between; the left window retains its flanking colonnettes. The first floor features paired twelve-pane hornless sash windows under a semi-elliptical panel, with the left window also retaining flanking colonnettes. The ground floor has steps leading up to a recessed porch supported by Doric columns, which contains paired entrance doors that are six-panelled with a rectangular overlight.
Each end of the building has a later shopfront, likely from the early 20th century, with a door set back between large shop windows.
