Description

1 Evans Terrace is a terrace of six houses, one of which, No 4, has a datestone indicating it was built by Edward Price in 1827. The terrace is two storeys high, rendered, with slate roofs and rendered chimneys.

Nos 1 to 3 are one-window houses. No 1 features sash windows with the glazing bars removed and a modern door. No 2 has modern glazing and a modern door. No 3 has small-pane Yorkshire (horizontal) sashes and a boarded door. Nos 4 and 5 are two-window, double fronted houses. No 4 has sash windows with the glazing bars removed and a boarded door, while No 5 has small-pane Yorkshire (horizontal) sashes and a boarded door. No 6 is a one-window house with modern glazing and a modern door.
