Description
5 Evans Terrace is part of a terrace of six houses, one of which, No 4, has a datestone indicating it was built by Edward Price in 1827. The terrace consists of two storeys, is rendered, and features slate roofs and rendered chimneys.

No 3 has small-pane Yorkshire (horizontal) sashes and a boarded door. Nos 4 and 5 are two-window, double-fronted houses.
