2 Evans Terrace is a pair of two-storey houses with rendered exteriors and slate roofs, featuring rendered chimneys. The houses numbered 1 to 3 each have one window. Number 1 has sash windows with the glazing bars removed and a modern door. Number 2 features modern glazing and a modern door. Number 3 has small-pane Yorkshire (horizontal) sashes and a boarded door. Numbers 4 and 5 are double-fronted houses with two windows each. Number 4 has sash windows with the glazing bars removed and a boarded door, while Number 5 has small-pane Yorkshire (horizontal) sashes and a boarded door. Number 6 is a one-window house with modern glazing and a modern door.
