Description

Nos. 73 and 74 The Watton, including No. 1 Charles Street, are three houses built in two storeys, each with two windows. They feature a slate roof that is hipped to the right and have brick stacks. The exterior is finished with painted pebbledash render, which includes a rendered first floor sill band, plinth, and rusticated doorways. Pilaster strips frame the first floor of No. 73 The Watton. Each house has two casement windows on the first floor and bowed sash windows with 20 panes on the ground floor. The doorways are located to the right and have rectangular overlights above panelled doors.
