Nos.73 & 74 The Watton, including No.1 Charles Street Three houses. Two storeys. Two windows each. Slate roof, hipped to R; brick stacks. Painted pebbledash render, but with rendered first floor sill band, plinth and rusticated doorways; pilaster strips frame first floor of No.73 The Watton. All houses have two casements to first floor, and on ground floor, bowed sashes with 20 panes. Doorways to R; rectangular overlights; panelled doors.
