Description

Nos. 73 and 74 The Watton, including No. 1 Charles Street, are three houses dating from the 19th century. They are two storeys tall and each has two windows. The roofs are slate and hipped to the right, with brick chimney stacks. The exterior features painted pebbledash render, with a rendered first floor sill band, plinth, and rusticated doorways. Pilaster strips frame the first floor of No. 73 The Watton. All houses have two casement windows on the first floor, while the ground floor features bowed sash windows with 20 panes. The doorways are located to the right and have rectangular overlights above panelled doors.
