Description
No. 1 Charles Street, along with Nos. 73 and 74 The Watton, is a pair of two-storey houses featuring two windows each. The houses have a slate roof that is hipped to the right and include brick chimney stacks. The exterior is finished in painted pebbledash render, with a rendered first floor sill band, plinth, and rusticated doorways. Pilaster strips frame the first floor of No. 73 The Watton. Each house has two casement windows on the first floor, and on the ground floor, there are bowed sash windows with 20 panes. The doorways are located to the right, featuring rectangular overlights and panelled doors. The west side elevation of No. 1 Charles Street has one window and a doorway.
